Every order is handled with security, timing, and verification in mind. From insured transit to matching-ID pickup, the goal is simple: make sure your watch arrives safely and your experience stays clear the whole way through.
Order processing
Once payment is received, orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 24 hours so the watch can move out quickly and securely.
Carrier dispatch
Packages are normally dispatched Monday through Friday at 5 PM CST using trusted carriers such as FedEx or UPS.
Insurance & protection
Every shipment is covered for full value in transit to help protect your purchase from the moment it leaves until it reaches you.
ID verification for pickup
To release the package, the carrier may require a valid government-issued ID. The name on the order must match the name on the ID used at pickup.
Shipping costs
Any shipping cost is communicated during purchase. Many orders qualify for complimentary shipping, depending on the piece and order details.
After delivery
Inspect your package as soon as it arrives. If anything shipping-related looks off, contact Good Times Luxury right away so the issue can be addressed promptly.
Order changes cutoff
Because shipments are prepared on a tight schedule, order changes generally cannot be accepted after 3:30 PM CST. Review your order details carefully before that cutoff.
